Today is our 10 year anniversary!! I can't believe how fast the time has gone.

We had wonderful time on our trip! It is amazing how fast the time goes! We enjoyed the islands with great shopping and even para sailing!! I have to say that was my favorite. I was surprised how quiet and calm it is when you're up in the air. There were lots of laughing and good food. It was a great trip but glad to be home.

Maddie did really well at Papa and Grandma's house and enjoyed playing with Dalen. She traveled great both ways and was a good girl, so that made Mom happy. I missed her so much and couldn't wait to get back home! We were surprised how much more talking she was doing after one week. Our girl is getting big too fast!

Countdown

Well, It's less than a week away and we are headed to the Caribbean!! We are excited for our vacation, but I am experiencing a little anxiety about leaving the country and Madelyn. I guess it is probably normal and I know that she will be in good hands. Maddie will be spending the week with Papa and Grammy in Minot and they are anxious to have her. I hope that she will be a good little girl! We have been experiencing below zero temps so the warm weather will feel great!

We will arrive in Miami on Saturday and will meet my aunt and uncle, Dee Ann and Chuck, and Joel and Karmel, all from ND. We are looking forward to spending the day in South Beach and dinning at Emril's restaurant. The ship leaves on Sunday with stops in Puerto Rico, St. Thomas and St. Maarten. I'm hoping to find some good deals on jewelry but most of all spending time with my hubby. We will celebrate our 10 year anniversary at the end of the month. Wow, where does the time go? Keep us in your prayers for safe travels and I will post pictures when we get back.

Ponytails

Maddie's new thing is to put ponytails in. She doesn't have much hair, but is working on it!
I love that she is all girl and we are amazed how fast she is changing!!

Beginning

It is the beginning of the year and I thought I would try to a create a blog so my friends and family can keep up with the our family and the ever so changing Miss Madelyn. I look forward to another year of new adventures hope that you will enjoy the pictures and posts. Please bare with me since I'm new at this and trying to explore a more creative side.
